Overheating protection
For your safety, the heat pad has a built-in protection. The heating pad turns off automatically after your set and selected temperature. To turn on the heat again, press the operation again and select the desired temperature.

Machine washable
To clean the neck pillow, please remove the control panel before washing. You can wash the heating pad with a mild detergent up to 30 degrees in the machine separately on a gentle cycle.
